About NCCER and ACI
NCCER is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) education foundation created in 1996 as The National Center for Construction Education and Research. With a common goal of developing a safe and productive workforce, founders created a standardized training and credentialing program for the construction industry that is still in use today. Allied Construction Industries is an Accredited Training Sponsor and Accredited Assessment Center for the NCCER Learning Series and provides many classes from this curriculum.
ACI also provides Mobile Crane Training and Assessments to individuals who need to earn their national certification. Candidates must successfully pass a written as well as a practical exam based on current ASME standards and OSHA regulations, state regulations, manufacturer and employer expectations.
