About the Plan Room
|
 ACI's plan room is the largest most modern facility of its kind in the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky and South East Indiana metropolitan area.
Accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year it is stocked with the physical plans for the latest projects in a 100-mile radius of the tri-state area.

 The plan room is staffed Monday-Friday from 7:30am-5:30pm. The plan room is also accessible 24 hrs, 7 days a week, 365 days a year by purchasing an electronic key at a cost of $60/year. (The Contractor entrance is the first door on the left side of the building.)

Bid Calendar
Twice a week ACI members are emailed a Bid Calendar which contains a listing of all the physical plans housed in the plan room. Also included are addenda, bid date, additional pertinent information on projects and the location of the plans in the plan room. ACI's Bid Calendar, on its own or coupled with the Construction Connection, is a member benefit designed to save you time.
The Bid Calendar which is updated daily can be viewed on the ACI website or a copy can be found in the plan room next to the sign-in book.

Construction Connection
ACI's Construction Connection is a Construction News Service reporting on projects in a 100-mile radius of the Greater Cincinnati tri-state area. The Construction Connection plugs you into the pulse of the latest construction news in the Tri State Area. Learn what stages the projects are in from planning and bidding to results and awards.
Receive up to the minute addenda information, bidder's lists, bid results and award information. This comprehensive report is packed with all the information you need to bid a project.
ACI's Construction Connection is emailed to your office Monday through Friday. Furthermore the Construction Connection is tailored to fit your needs based on the type of work you do (CSI Codes) and the counties you are interested in bidding in.
