Safety Programs

ACI offers a variety of safety, health, environmental and risk programs designed for the commercial construction industry. Core classes such as the OSHA 10 & 30 hour prvide the backbone along with individual classes on construction applicable hazards. ACI can design and/or arrange classes tailored to their company specific needs.

In order to be effective, maintaining a proactive working relationship with OSHA is imperative and ACI has a partnership agreement that is covered by all 4 area OSHA offices in Ohio for members to join. On a national level, ACI is a VPP Challenge Program Administrator, providing the opportunity for members to submit their applications for OSHA's BPP Program.
- A few additional membership safety services include a free video lending library, online safety training, material discounts through J.J. Keller, an annual safety awards program and an annual construction safety day co-sponsored by the Cincinnati Area OSHA office. ACI is committed to attracting, educating and training a diversity of highly qualified people to meet the needs of the commercial construction industry in Greater Cincinnati and the surrounding Tri-State area.

Advertising/Sponsorship Opportunities

The Constructor Magazine: This quarterly Magazine has a circulation of 1,400 and the magazine is read by ACI we well as construction writers (for publications like the Cincinnati Enquirer and the Business Courier) and prominent members of the community. Topics covered in the magazine include new member information, current events, industry events, member announcements (i.e. promotions, new products, etc.). Member written articles are encouraged. Advertising available in 1/4 to full size, color or black & white ads.

Bi-Monthly Bulletin: Published bi-monthly, the bulletin contains updated information to ensure you don't miss the classes and upcoming events that will benefit your company. ACI's bulletins give you the opportunity to stay current with industry events and published job openings in your company to members of the construction community. It has a circulation of over 2,000. Advertising is available.

The Membership Directory: Members companies are arranges alphabetically and by CSI category in this yearly publication. The directory serves as a reference guide to members, giving them contact information for fellow members and other important information. Advertising available in color or black & white ads.

Annual Golf Outing: Opportunities in sponsoring holes, contests, breakfast, lunch, dinner, raffle and give-a-way prizes. Approximant attendance is 250 golfers.
