Superintendent / Subcontractor Training Workshops
Supervisory skill (or lack of it) directly affects every company's bottom line. Each day, decisions made by every foreman and superintendent are crucial to the success or failure of every construction project. You make the mnoney in the field, or you lose it. ACI's supervisory classes are designed to meet the needs of the construction industry.
Great Management Practice Workshop Program is designed to help you do the rights things right. Each workshop explores an aspect of one of the Ten Common Sense Principles of GMP, and how you can customize it your unique strategy and culture.
Cincinnati Construction Technical Support Center is a program for small, minority and women owned commercial construction businesses.
Webinars are a great new way to learn in todays technological world. Webinars use interactive telephone/internet education as the classroom. Each session provides convenient and quality learning. Participants will be able to see material, hear an instructor ans ask questions in real time.

The purpose of the Program is:

Provide training that is designed to enable small businesses to grow and develop their capabilities

Increase the number of locally based, qualified small, minority and women owned businesses

Increase opportunities for small, minority and women owned businesses both in the public and private sector
The Program offers classroom study by industry professionals, mentoring, plan room access, networking opportunities and project funding. Once completing the 9 month course curriculum the participants receive one (1) year free membership to ACI.
